Join us for PDU’s & Brews, a relaxed professional development and networking experience designed to bring project professionals together to learn, connect, earn PDUs, and build meaningful professional relationships.

In the spirit of our 2026 chapter theme, Building Bold Bridges, this event creates another bridge between project professionals, industries, communities, and ideas across South Alabama.

Whether you're a seasoned project leader, an emerging professional, a PMI member, or simply interested in learning more about the project management community, PDU’s & Brews offers an opportunity to grow your network while gaining practical knowledge you can take back to your projects and organization.

What to Expect

LEARN
Participate in a practical professional development session focused on relevant topics, ideas, and tools for today's project professionals—and earn eligible professional development units (PDUs).

CONNECT
Meet project managers, business leaders, emerging professionals, PMI members, and other professionals from Montgomery and throughout South Alabama. Exchange ideas, make new connections, and strengthen your professional network.

ENJOY
Professional development doesn't always have to happen in a conference room. Enjoy brews, food, conversation, and a relaxed after-work atmosphere while connecting with the PMI South Alabama community.

5:30 – 6:00 PM | Check-In, Brews & Networking
Arrive, get settled, grab a beverage, and meet fellow attendees.

6:00 – 6:45 PM | PDU Professional Development Session
Our featured session will provide practical insights and actionable takeaways for project professionals.

6:45 – 7:00 PM | Q&A & Discussion
Continue the conversation with our presenter and fellow attendees.

7:00 – 8:00 PM | Brews & Professional Networking
Stay for conversation, relationship-building, and an opportunity to connect with professionals from across the area.

Who Should Attend?

PDU’s & Brews is designed for PMI members, PMP® and other PMI credential holders, project and program managers, emerging project professionals, business and community leaders, students, and professionals interested in project management.

You do not have to hold a PMI certification to participate.

Earn PDUs

Eligible PMI credential holders will have an opportunity to earn PDUs through the featured professional development session. Final PDU category and amount will be announced with the session topic and speaker.
